The Beat Top 10 Hip-Hop Countdown - Week of 3/30 - 4/6

Two weeks in a row now for Kendrick Lamar's radio hit "Poetic Justice" as it successfully holds off the very popular "Bugatti" by Ace Hood which comes in at #2. Young Jeezy's club anthem "R.I.P." makes a strong move from #9 to #6 making it our Song of the Week. Not too much shakeup this week but there are two solid remixes making a debut this week on our charts, Kendrick Lamar's "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe (Remix)" tagged with a Jay-Z verse and Young Jeezy, Tip, Juicy & Ross jump on Rihanna's hit to make the "Pour It Up (Remix)". Can Kendrick hold off Ace Hood? Or will a new song come in and take the top spot? Click on the song titles to listen, leave your comments, and check back next week to see whats new!

Lil Wayne hospitalized again after seizures

Looks like Weezy has once again suffered a seizure, this time while in L.A. during the filming of a music video. Reports are that Wayne was hospitalized after suffering multiple seizures on Tuesday on the set of the video as they were finishing the shoot. Tunechi is still in the hospital this afternoon but his condition has not yet been reported, and it seems these seizures were more severe than the previous ones that Wayne suffered.

Back in October Wayne was hospitalized after his private jet was forced top make an emergency landing because of the Young Money artist having a seizure while in the air. He has a history of these seizures and the latest seems to be the worst he has suffered. At this point, Lil Wayne or his label have not commented on the news.

Stay healthy Weezy.
